How We Work
Unitude transcends the traditional notion of uniform suppliers; we orchestrate an extraordinary journey. Through intimate partnerships with our esteemed clients, we breathe life into their aspirations. Our bespoke approach guarantees that every uniform is a harmonious blend of elegance and utility, empowering your team to deliver a resounding and sophisticated impression.

Stage #01 – Design Brief From Client
Introduction and design brief from client provides an overview and specific requirements for the design. It typically includes information about the client’s background, goals, target audience, and any specific design elements or preferences they have in mind.
Stage #02 – Research & Design Concept
After receiving the design brief from the client, we will take the time to do research and propose a few design ideas and mood boards, fostering open communication and creating a final design that meets the client’s expectations and objectives.
Stage #03 – Design Proposal
We will propose design illustration options based on the second stage. The goal is to ensure that the final design achieves the client’s vision, meets their requirements, and aligns with their brand identity and objectives. This collaborative process continues until the client is fully satisfied with the design and gives their final approval.

Stage #04 – Technical Pack Production
We will work on each garment technical design instructions that is required for manufacturing including finalising fabrics and other details of the final chosen design. This attention to detail and collaboration with the production team helps ensure that the final garments accurately reflect the approved design concept and meet the desired standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Stage #05 – Pre-production & Samples
At this stage, we will work on garment pattern making or any other pre-production preparation in order to produce samples, before delivery or going to bulk order production. The sample garments are thoroughly evaluated, and any necessary adjustments or modifications are made to achieve the desired fit, comfort, and aesthetic. This iterative process may involve multiple rounds of sample production and fittings until the desired result is achieved.
Stage #05 – Bulk Production & Quality Control
Once all the samples receive final approvals, the last step is to manufacture the uniforms in bulk. We will supervise the bulk production and implement quality control measures to ensure that every single garment meets our expectations.
